Harold Araque

Bilingual Client Service Advocate

Over the last decade, Harold has excelled as a Call Center Manager & Account Manager primarily within the Insurance industry for a health benefits consultant. Harold's genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives is what allows him to provide exceptional service to our client base. As the Greenville Chamber representative for the Hispanic Business Committee, Harold is establishing Forum’s presence in the Hispanic community. This New York City native is an ardent baseball and soccer fan as well as a music aficionado. During his spare time Harold can be found frequenting museums, taking long family road trips, and enjoying South Carolina, which he is now proud to call home.

Heather Edwards

Senior Account Manager

Like her idol Walt Disney, Heather is driven to continuously expand her knowledge and experience both personally and professionally. Whether planning a five year strategy for her clients, or planning a trip to Disney with her family, she enjoys being the architect of ideas. An avid supporter of animal rights, you can usually find her with one of her dogs, which she refers to as her “four legged, fur children”. Fortunately, multi-tasking is one of Heather’s specialties, and her ability to manage her 11 dogs comes just as naturally as her ability to manage her clients’ needs.

Sarah Hildreth

Account Manager

Sarah is located in our Charleston office and manages Forum’s coastal accounts. With a background in benefits administration technology and adult education, Sarah’s prior work experience translates seamlessly into her role as Account Manager. A Charleston native, her love of all things “Coastal” can only be outweighed by her love of family. Whether volunteering for local non-profits, managing clients, or trying to keep up with her husband’s surfing – you will always find Sarah on the go.

Nevil McDowell

Director of Client Services

Nevil has been in the health benefits industry for over 10 years and recently managed two national health plans for a TPA. He is a true advocate for member needs and strives to raise member customer service to the highest level. He is involved with Habitat for Humanity and the National Patient Advocate Foundation. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and any outdoor function.

Alison Pitts

Office Manager

With a masters in health administration and a past career as a pharmaceutical sales representative, Forum was the perfect place for Alison to return to the workforce. Her experience in chairing several volunteer organizations in Greenville was perfect practice for her role as office manager at Forum. When she is not in the office, Alison is busy raising three active boys, volunteering at her children’s schools and her church.

Rick Wylie

Sales Consultant

For more than 30 years Rick has been assisting businesses with the design and implementation of their benefit plans. As a rare Greenville native, Rick's community involvement began as a founding board member of The Ronald McDonald House and continues today with his involvement in the Cleveland Park renovations. Having four children and four grandchildren means there is never a dull moment. When one arises, he can be found on a bike in the mountains somewhere between here and Utah.
